Description

This book analyzes Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), which is the basis of sustainable and more agile IT systems that are able to adapt themselves to new trends and manage processes involving a third party.

This form of architecture uses only the best parts of approaches such as the object approach, urbanization, BPM, etc. It is based on the Business Rules Management System, Master Data Management (which enables the management of data and parameters) and last but not least Model-Driven Architecture (MDA).

Extensive and overhauled implementation levels of surface SOA are currently being developed. SOA also opens up a debate on the approach of a company towards the necessary organization of different disciplines in the field of IT and the relationship between the user and the Chief Information Officer. This book is based on the public Praxeme method. Examples are taken from large SOA projects which were used to rewrite the information systems of an insurance company.
Decision-makers, creators of IT systems, programmers and computer scientists, as well as those who will use these new developments will find this book a useful resource.
